The Chertsey Centre have published their programme for the 2020/21 year. Their Coordinator, Ken Greaney, writes:
The theme of the last annual programme - drawing on the Rector Major's Strenna for 2020 - concentrated our monthly input topics around the "Our Father". This coming year - where the Strenna speaks to the scriptural quote "Behold, I make all things new" - it seems natural that in these days of great unrest we turn to our Mother in Heaven seeking her protection and guidance and asking her - like the troubled children we have become - to look over us and fill us with renewed HOPE. I therefore propose we choose a Marian theme for the coming year.
Commencing with an approach to our Blessed Lady under the title of "Our Lady of Hope" we will reflect on the words of the Hail Mary.- taking a phrase each month upon which to concentrate. In addition we will include input on three of Our Lady's shrines, Walsingham. Lourdes and Fatima.
