Don Bosco was inspired to found a vast movement of people committed to bringing the Gospel to young people and to work for their benefit. Today the Salesian Family consists of 31 distinct groups spread throughout the world. These groups share the same spirit and continue the work that Don Bosco began in service of young people - especially those who are poor or at risk.
In Great Britain the Salesian Cooperators work closely alongside the Salesians of Don Bosco and the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians (Salesian Sisters).
